The only good comment I'll leave is about customer service who dealt with my complaint. Put my canada goose coat in for a dry clean. Payed 50 for this service. Could of cleaned the coat better myself. And the most upsetting thing of all they absolutely destroyed the fur on my coat. Now thinking in capable hands cause the assistant explained they work with canada goose so know how to clean these coats!!!! Canada goose clearly state that if fur is detachable to remove fur if not the fur is to not be dry cleaned. Now my coat should have been returned or a phone call made cause my fur is not detachable but instead they dry cleaned it. Now the fur is all singed, long in some areas than others completely ruined. Now my partner signed a waiver thinking it was in hands of people who no what there doing working with canada goose but clearly not so now am left with 970 coat ruined!! They refunded my 50 dry clean. Seriously please guys don't put canada goose coats or anything expensive for a dry clean. No care what so ever. If I could leave pictures of the disgusting treatment of my coat I'd leave it. 1 star was fir customer services

Rescued a pair of old but comfortable shoes. Polite and friendly service in good time. The final finish could have been better, but good enough.

Called into Timpsons by sainsburys on east Prescott road I needed to get a pair of golf shoes stretched and some new heals on my daughters shoes, the guy who served me Joesph could not have been anymore helpful he did a great job Im very happy with the service Well done Joesph Peter
