Service was horrendous, couldn't get into the apartment and the woman on the phone was horrendously rude... Tried explaining to her that the website stated that you needed to be 21 to book in and that children where allowed in but she was having none of it. Started shouting down the phone at me and then proceeded to put the phone down and avoid my calls
