The apartment was okay although the springs in one side of the bed were gone. My issue was the noise, the front door opens and shuts all hours of the night with groups of people shouting and talking even at 3am. The weekend was the worst as clearly someone was having a party. People were running around till 5am I barely slept a wink for days The water pressure in the shower was barely a trickle

Hello, I have a reservation made for May 2023 on vrbo and I have written to the accommodation to cancel due to a change of destination and the owner or company has not answered vrbo emails, neither mine nor my WhatsApp for a week. I have also written in the company's chat and I do not receive an answer. I want to cancel the reservation and I need the owner to approve the pending cancellation to return the money. Cancellation is free and this seems like a joke to me. You would have to cancel in a button without problem since it is free. Will you do me a favor and cancel the reservation?

Very unprofessional service. Someone was suppose to meet us at arrival but instead i got a video message on WhatsApp telling us directions afer they ignored our 8 missed calls. When we finally found the right apartment, before entering the building absolutely stank of mold and cigarettes. The apartment itself was nice and clean. Beds were okay but it was only for 1 night. Location is quite good as everything is nearby. Overall, the apartment was nice but terrible service.

The apartment is great and the building really is unique, very well restored. The halls to get to where the apartment is are not very well kept, but that is absolutely no fault at all of the apartment owner. The apartment itself was spotless and well furnished. There is a bit of noise from outside due to a bar on the corner, but it settles down around midnight and is something you should expect if you are renting anywhere in a city centre. I arrived late, but the host sent me really clear instructions with the door code and photographs via WhatApp where I could find the keys (the host proactively contacted me to check my arrival time, a couple of hours before I was due to arrive). Great touch leaving some coffee, tea and laundry detergent for us too. All that was missing was a tea towel to dry the dishes in the kitchen! Also a great tip from the host to book the NCP Liverpool Capitol car park in advance. Park on level 3 and you are 20 seconds away from the apartment. There are two small supermarkets a couple of yards away (Tesco and Sainsbury's). Great stay overall (we are a family of five, with three kids under the age of 8).
