What an absolutely outstanding company. When I cut the alarm wire by accident I found Paul on Google, and called him out the blue, he spent 10 minutes on the phone with a stranger helping me to re-set the alarm (not by sight, just his god like knowledge of alarm systems from my rubbish description of it!). He then came out later the same day helped identify the issue and quote me for the repair, nothing paid or too pay at this point! We went for a whole new alarm system, and Paul was bloody brilliant. He suggested the system, where to place all the sensors etc, and took out all old system and wiring. He was friendly, engaging, professional. He made it really simple to understand, offered help with some none alarm issues, left no mess, and we now have a great new system. Thank you, would highly recommend

We recently had an alarm and CCTV security system installed by A-Tec Security Systems and I would highly recommend them! Paul not only provided us with the best advice on what systems we would need but was incredibly knowledgeable about multiple security products. Some companies may try to upsell their systems, but he explained all our options and simply mapped out exactly what we needed. Paul fitted out the installations efficiently and went above and beyond for us, no question was too small, and his aftercare is spot is. Paul was not only professional, but he is a genuinely nice guy. If anyone is looking for a new security system or an upgrade on your old system, do give A-Tec Security a try.

Can't thank A-Tec security enough for their VERY prompt and efficient repair. They clearly know their stuff! Responding VERY fast to fix an 'emergency'. Their advice was very detailed and clearly presented. Options were explained and pricing was very competitive. Thank you VERY much.
