        After a week-long wait and taking off from work for the appointment, With 1h20min before appointment I received a text not even a call to say they are cancelling due due to short staff and should rather recruit a different service company or must reschedule. No thanks. Would not recommend at all.

        Great service. Came out within a couple of hours. Identified and solved the problem. Just had to pay the call-out charge. Engineers were friendly and polite.
