The team at Simple Links It installed 2 sets of cameras at 2 businesses for us today, we couldn't be more pleased with the products and service. Simple Links It were quick to quote us and book in both installations, on both days it went smooth and the engineers installing the systems were no bother at all. Initially when we were quoted, we were given a few choices by Louis which then allowed ourselves to decide, based on budget and desire. It was explained to us that the systems can be as complex and detailed as required but Simple Links It was quick to realise our needs and quoted accordingly. On install day, the engineers (Paddy, Callum, Kevin and Rich) were brilliant with choosing positioning of cameras, wiring etc. Now we can see both premises, 24/7 and without breaking the bank either! Once installed, the engineers on the day showed us how to use the system on our phone and desktop which was great, to add to that we have lifetime support for any queries or questions we may have. They have also quoted us for if we move premise, including removing the cameras and re-installing at a new premises which is great to know. No faults or even hesitation from start to finish with this company, would use again and recommend to as many as i can. Thanks

Luis fitted a range of cctv cameras of excellent quality to our home. He is honest and friendly and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him. We had struggled with a previous system so bit the bullet and changed for something more up to date that Luis suggested and we couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. The cameras were fitted on time for a great price and with no mess or inconvenience to us at all. Ive had cctv for years but can honestly say this is the best quality system and beats them all.
