Asked accurate weight to come and look at a scale used them once or twice before, Their engineer came was here for 2minutes at the most retrieved the scale and went. Think it was a couple of weeks later they got in touch to tell me the scales could not be fixed it would be 200 to get a replacement I agreed to speak to my employer to let him know but due to unforseen circumstances he was called out of the country on an urgent family matter. A couple of weeks later I received an invoice from accurate weight saying I owed them over 78.00 with vat for a call out charge, Which I phoned them and said you never informed me when I asked you to look at the scale there was a call out charge , to which he replied well if you buy a new scale of us then we'll forgo the call out charge so effectively he was threatening that if I dnt buy a scale I was getting charged anyway to which I replied I've never had a call out charge before he then replied well you got away with it then. If you dnt pay it were sending it to our solicitor. So no I would never recommend this company to anyone.
