Ordered a delivery of a plant based steak sub, as I dont eat meat for a number of reasons. However i was given meat. After two bites of the sandwich I got a chunk that didnt feel plant based and upon inspection it was steak, I had pulled it apart to check and it wasnt soft or squishy like a plant based option would be as it was tougher and more difficult to pull apart but when it did it was fibrous and the chunks had an imprint that you would get on a steak. There is no doubt in my mind this was steak, I had my son check it too who tried it and said it was chewy like steak. My sandwich had a lot of salad and sauce on it which is great but due to this I was unable to tell at first as the pieces where smaller like you would get in the actually steak and cheese from subway - as you can imagine I am horrified as now I have actually eaten after being completely meat free for a long time and without it being my choice! I tried to call the store but with no answer after ringing out for 3 minutes. I wonder how many others have had this done to them and more so the people who have allergens to red meat.! Vegetarian options: Be careful when you order plant based items as they give you the meat option.

Food and staff good, However there has been no hot drinks here for months! The hot drinks machine is broken and staff say no one is addressing the problem. Very poor indeed for an eating place.

Got the order completely wrong. Ordered two different subs and they seemed to splice the two orders and just not include certain fillings and sides. I needs ma' cheez and ma' cookies maaaan! Not hard to just read the ticket lads!

Honestly atrocious. Ordered two six inch subs. Wrong sauce, wrong bread, no cheese and missing a cookie. I dont understand how staff can be so thick. Its a butty?
