        ordered through just east. arrived cold, bread was hard. also sent diet pepsi instead of pepsi and nachos i paid extra for were missing from the order

        Kid-friendliness: We ordered a meal deal for 2 our sandwiches came right but we ordered 2 different Ben and Jerry's ice cream and they gave us totally the wrong ones we was missing a drink that we paid for aswell so i contacted them and there reply was we cant do anything about it no customer service atall her attuide was disgusting towards us never be ordering there again. Didnt even apologise or offer us a refund. Also said we didnt have your ice cream in stock so we just replaced it with a different one without even ringing us to let us know otherwise I would have changed it for something else.

        Always get my uber eats orders wrong and items are always missing, when people are buying you should be checking your notes instead or at least answer the phones so that they can remind you to do it!
