Honestly is it THAT hard to be polite, crack a smile, or just show simple kindness?
If you want anything extra with your meal (eg drink or extra sauce) they roll their eyes, take a big sigh, and make you feel like you've caused them a massive inconvenience.
It's basically the same attitude you get from a 13 year-old when asked to clean their bedroom. Except this is their job, and they're being paid to do this.
Since their job is SUCH a big effort, I'll be doing them all the favor, of not bothering them with my custom any more.
If I acted the way they do in my place of work (retail customer service) I would've been sacked long ago!
