Mum is on Pilling unit and we are so pleased with the care and support she receives from all the staff. They make her feel happy and loved. They also give her lots of reassurance and keep her safe. Mum enjoys all the singing, dancing and trips out eg Blackpool. She has been a lovely mum and deserves the best. Thank you Ashton View.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Nurses are incompetent in doing there jobs. My Mum been a patient there with Vascular Dementia just shy of 12 months now, my Dads just been to visit her (as he does every afternoon) and hes just found My Mum sat in her chair with ripped incontinence pants, only part left was what she was sat on, My dad asked a Nurse if she could change my Mum, the nurse said to give her 10 minutes, an hour and half later the nurse hadn't come back, My Mum also had no Tea. This is just one of many issues we've had with this joke of a care home, they come across as all nice to you face but behind closed doors, in all honesty they really don't care about there patient's at all. this unexpectable care, get it sorted!!!!!

My dad has recently been admitted to Ashton View Care Home. From day one the caring staff went above and beyond to support dad, but also do everything possible to help our family adapt to this difficult time. Since he has been there I could not be happier with everything the care staff, management, even down to the cleaners, chef and laundry staff, they are very good hardworking team. Dad has settled very nicely into the home. Myself and my family could not recommend it highly enough.

My mother was given 3 months to live 10 months ago, she appears to be getting slightly better, I believe this is due to the excellent care that she is receiving from careers like Sharon and the other careers.
