A massive thank-you to the wonderful team at Kingswood. Emma, Grace, Sarah, Jeanette and everyone who was on hand with constant coffee and biscuits, your help and support was very much appreciated. Emma, you were amazing, I've never met a more caring person or someone so good at their work. You all gave mum so much care and attention, nothing was too much trouble. You made a difficult time bearable and did so whilst delivering complete care and dignity for Mum. Thank you so much, a wonderful care home run by incredible people.

This care home is an absolute disgrace and should be shut down. I've never known such irresponsibility, unprofessionalism, inability to care for anyone (especially someone who's bedbound). breaks my heart to know that someone i love so much (like a dad) has been subjected to their uncaring nature and only seen as a wage. shame on all of you, especially the manager.
