My mums been there since August. In my opinion it is the best in Huyton. I do have several reasons for saying that. It is the nearest to my house. My mum is well cared for in there. Once again, I grew up with a lot of the staff or their parents and trust them all. The staff are spot on and my mum loves them all as well

My sister Mary has been a resident at Hurst Park for five years, the staff welcome Mary and our family. My sister liked to help the staff and thought she was working with the staff. They allowed her to do little things. As my sister's health deteriorated, the staff looked after her with love and devotion. As my sister came to her last days,I was privileged to stay at the home day and night to help care for her. I was able to see their care for my sister and other residents. Dispute their workload they had time to help me and listen to me.Their care all residents was exemplary.

My nan was left to severely dehydrate in this home to the point where she was admitted to hospital 4 times in 4 months. At one point she was very poorly and was going into kidney failure because of the dehydration. She was then told that she was becoming to needy. When I tried to contact the manager I was left with no response. Since this we moved her to another place. Here she is thriving and is doing amazingly well since we were told that she might not come back. I could go on and on with things wrong. All I can say is please don't do this to your loved one.
