Mersey Parks Care Home

The care home staff are great,,,,, BUT now under new management really not interested, only seem to care about money. I had to threaten them with the police to get them to give back the 9000 they seemed intent on keeping.. Be very careful if you are going to be self funded. Amazingly they have replied to this saying they dont know anything about it. Highlighting their dishonesty

One of my family has now been at Merseyparks Residential for 6 months. Yes we had to wait for a room to become available but it was well worth the wait. I contact Merseyparks everyday to check if my family is ready to picked up to come to their family home after they have been showered / washed and had their breakfast. The phone call is always picked up by the office staff during weekdays and transferred to the house where he stays, and on weekends staff on other houses pick up and transfer you if needed. I have found all staff open and honest in reporting any condition changes. Yes I would definitely recommend care at Merseyparks to family or friends for anyone required similar care. Family member requires full personal care and full assistance with transfer of equipment, meals, drinks and medication.

It's a very beautiful place...very calm environment.. It's a very neat place.. The atmosphere is homely.. In side Mersey park, there is a care home called the Hamlets,the saff are very wonderful people they take very good of their service users

The staff here are great, its quiet and the care being given to my father has been amazing. There are minor issues but its visibly improving. Would recommend
