The owner needs to learn some customer service skills. I am a manager of a restaurant and disgusted to be made to pay for a breakfast that I did not eat and didnt like. The scrambled eggs where low quality eggs threw on top of thick flour tasteless pancakes and cold bacon. I politely asked the server if I could swap it for something else as I didnt like it the dish. The server was lovely and seemed scared of the owner as she said he would not take it off the bill and I had to pay for something I did not eat. The owner would not come out to explain why I had to pay for a meal I did not like/eat. It made sense why the tavern and leaf restaurants close by where so full and this restaurant was half empty. Will not come back again and will be telling all my customers about this experience.
