ICON Burgers Liverpool (Boom: Battle Bar)

I come across this place as I follow Icon burgers on snap chat and see the stores opening in Liverpool yesterday. It is hard to find quality exquisite gourmet halal food places here as I haven't been in this city long and originally from London I got excited seeing the food videos on snapchat always I thought it's worth giving this place a try. So I managed to find the place Boom Battle Bar today, the door man was very polite and helpful as I asked him about Icon Burgers which is part of Boom Battle Bar which I didnt know at the time. The staff was very polite and friendly and amazing the manager came over walked me and my misses to a table to sit down and helped with the ordering through their app and also recommended what is nice and didn't let me order excessively as he was honest in telling me it is very fulfilling. So I went for the Beef Burger whilst my misses ordered the Chicken Burger. Whilst we waited for the food the manager offered both of us a drink on the house which was very pleasant of him, his exact words I quote "You made an effort to come here to order a take away so it's the least I could do" the gesture goes a long way of hospitality and love shown which means a lot. The customer service is no doubt A 10/10 I guess anyone who was in my shoes who experienced the welcoming as I've described would feel the same way. The food now both me and my misses agree our burgers was delicious a definite solid 10/10 the chips are very large in size and the packaging of the food is also 10/10 all branded boxes and bags with serviettes and plastic cutlery with mayo, ketchup and bbq sauces packed within. We didnt wait long overall a great experience and I'm looking forward to visiting again to order the grilled chicken and the chicken strip chips next time. Thank you
