Thr food was 2 hours late, second time we asked they offered us a free cake znd still had to phone twice after this, said my order was out for delivery 25 minutes ago and still hasn't arrived. Delivery is appalling Food was delicious though 5 stars for food

The best burgers Ive ever had. The fries were also spectacular and the staff outstanding. Thank you for such an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend it!

Awful customer service and appalling management attitude. So disappointed. Came back from Aintree hospital with my wife today and ordered gourmet burgers from Burger Town as a treat for my wife after her treatment. Our order still hadnt arrived after the designated 60mins. I rang them to find out where it was? I was first told we havent got your order? Then they told me false information about when it was actually due to arrive. I had a screenshot of the correct time and challenged them on this. They refused to accept that or offer any support and just said so do you want a refund and we will get the driver back?. This was totally unhelpful and unsympathetic. After getting nowhere and with her refusal to offer any apology, she said well what you complaining about anyway, its only 15mins late? It was actually 30mins late when it did arrive 90mins after we ordered it. I was so disappointed in their attitude and lack of professionalism. In the end, it was too late as my wife was tired and went to bed before it arrived.
