Worst service I have ever experienced in Liverpool. I went in and saw their was a hallumi sandwich on the menu. This only had halloumi and salad on the menu. I asked if there was a halloumi burger instead I was told yes. As a vegetarian I assumed halloumi just meant hallumi without meat I went home after ordering to discover it was a meat and halloumi burger When I called to explain the situation I was told I would have to pay to change my order. Awful attitude and bad flexibility. I wont be coming back and will be telling my friends and family about this awful customer service

Great place. Obvs not called Gourmet Kitchen anymore this is HAFLA HAFLA. Not much on the menu I wouldn't recommend. Cocktails are amazing too Vegetarian options: Huge variation of veg/vegan

We ordered salt and pepper loaded fries and buffalo chicken fries we were not happy with our food for the first time ever, we normally order burgers which are to die for but this was not up to par, the saltand pepper loaded fries I have had before was NOT the same as they came with mayonnaise all over which wasnt advertised, as Im not is person who likes mayonnaise I would have not ordered this if was mentioned. The buffalo chicken was not a hit but does sound really nice, this is the first time I have ever wrote a bad review hopping never to write another one ever again.
