Guys , Im telling you, never ever join to work in this place . They wont mention anything in prior and they do last minute cancellation of shifts on their wish . Wont even give explanation. This organisation is not even worth for 1 star . I worked for a shift for 8 hours and after few days they cancelled that days shift pay and claiming that they wont give pay by saying some random reasons which is not at all true . Worst organisation and very bad attitude towards employees especially students . I wish that I could have seen all these bad reviews about arc before joining . They wont tell you any details about the shift and I worked full 8 hours in such toxic work place all alone and even covered other persons work due to his / her absence also without any break and I was literally so exhausted and been almost threatened by that work place manager , after all this , this pathetic arc management has just cancelled my pay ! Wow ! What an organisation .

Genuinely the worst company Ive ever worked for in my entire life! If I could give it 0 stars I would. They leave you pending on job requests for days even if you put yourself forward for them the second they come up, they can cancel any work given to you on the day! Leaving you unpaid. Its easier to fight in a war than it is to get a shift with this company. In the many months I worked here they cancelled 4/5 of my shifts either the night before or on the day and the one that they never, they organised a coach to pick us up and take us to work the races but overbooked and left about 15 of us unable to get on the coach and work so they sent us home, even though it was their fault! And when you ask them how long it takes for them to accept your shift they ignore it and send out an email to all employers asking us not to message them. Ive worked for many amazing companies and this is by far the worst! Dont put yourself through the torture of working for arc.
