STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL CARE COMPANY THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AND NO IDEA HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOUR LOVED ONE THEY ARE HOWEVER GOOD AT EATING ALL YOUR FRIDGE DRY N CUPBOARDS BARE AND HAVE THE CHEEK TO ASK YOU TO BUY IN SPECIAL THINGS AS THEY HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS THEY FALL ASLEEP ON THE JOB AND YOUR LOVED ONE CANT EVEN WAKE THEM UP BUT THEY WAKE YOU UP WHILE SLEEPING UPSTAIRS IN YOUR BED SHOUTING SO LOUD THEY SEND CARERS WHO ARE SCARED OF PUPPIES EVEN THOUGH YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU HAVE THEM AND THEN THEY WALK OUT WITHOUT EVEN TELLING YOU THEY SEND CARERS WHO TELL YOU BECAUSE YOU ALLOW YOUR PUPPIES TO SLEEP INSIDE YOUR HOME THAT YOU ARE DIRTY THEN YOU HAVE THE OFFICE STAFF WHO NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL THEM NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER CALL YOU BACK IVE BEEN WAITING WEEKS NOW FOR A CALL BACK AND INSTEAD I FIND OUT THAT THEY HAVE DECIDED THAT WITHOUT NOTICE OF ANY KIND AND WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION THEY ARE PULLING HIS NIGHT CARE NOW WITHOUT EVEN TELLING US WE ONLY KNOW BECAUSE OF OUR DAY CARE COMPANY HELPING HANDS WHO ARE FANTASTIC AND TREAT YOUR LOVED ONE LIKE HES ONE OF THERE OWN WITHOUT THEM I WOULDN'T EVEN KNOW IM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED AND DISGUSTED THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH TREATING ANY HUMAN BEINGS LIKE THIS AND BE RECOMMENDED TO US BY CHC BE CAREFUL PEOPLE DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU AGREE TO ANYTHING I WOULDN'T TREAT MY DOG THE WAY WE HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THIS SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL CARE COMPANY THEY ARE DISGRACEFUL........

Iam employed at this company in health and social care, i have worked for 6 care agencies, before, but Sugarman is by far the best one so far, lots of work is available staff are very helpful and freindly , good training is free, varied work is available, in many areas, i have always liked this Company, there are great reasons to work for this Agency its really a top class Oganisation, i have worked for them more than 4 years, there are lots of employment oppertunities, i like the staff, i have gained many different work experiences by working for them, i have been mostly happy and found my experiences to be quite positive, this is a highly skilled very proffessional Agency in all aspects of their conduct, and they are fair and good to their employees, and have good quality standards, throughout, the agency and are very knowledgable, in all aspects of the company. laura aqui
