Recruitment process was straight forward and explained to me by a competent staff member who was more than supportive and understanding. Wile the process is straight forward enough. I had some difficulties getting vetted as I have only moved here so trying to get letters with my address etc proved to be a long and challenging process but Ella was there with me step by step guiding and supporting me through the process and couldn't thank her enough. The employment history was bit of a nightmare too Ella had her work cut out for her but did show understanding and was very professional

Full stars for the Amore Group, everyone I have spoken to at Amore have been professional, polite and positive. I was initially very nervous about starting my new position but the staff at Amore encouraged and supported me every step of the way. Ella McGrath was my agent and helped me a lot to build my confidence for the role, she provided excellent guidance whenever I needed it and was fully committed in supporting me throughout the entire process. Thank you Ella.

Excellent company to work for,very flexible and accommodating in relating to shifts and finding additional hours etc. Worked mainly under Ella who has went above and beyond in allowing me to gain experience in a several different working environments. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to work in care.

Since my first shift with Amore Social care, they have been very positive in allocating work, very helpful in updating my training, listening to my concerns and friendly and helpful coordinators like Ella McGrath who recently advanced to a senior position in the organisation. I've been able to develop my skills sets from challenging behaviours, mental illness and management of medication. It's a pleasure been part of the company this far. Hope the high standards set will be exercised for many more years.
