        Took a small tour group here to sample some scouse. Very accommodating and friendly staff, excellent service. Good and reasonably priced food, too. Highly recommend!

        The staff were all very friendly. The atmosphere was good with the present of many locals. We started with the Queen's Liverpool pilsner and a properly poured Guinness. Decided to try their Ma's Classic Scouse (instead of the pie) and added the Cauliflower bites. Both were delicious! A very nice sauce came with the beer batter Cauliflower. Scouse was the best we have had. You have to look for Ma's since it is in a hidden alley but if you walk through the church garden, you will see it.
