Worse food ever had here, the "steak" was just a rind of fat, the meat was tougher than old shoe leather, chips were borderline cold, the "steak" salad was again chewy tough meat, the fish and chips well the fish was over cooked and mainly batter. Won't be returning again, such a shame as the food used to be amazing. Think a change in supplier and chef ???? On plus we had a lovely server very friendly and helpful.

Reviewing as a past staff member and a customer. The one time I came for a meal here with my family our food came out at drastically different times and was cold despite being ordered at the same time and my nan found plastic in her lasagne. Was fined twice for parking in the car park and my manager (Lawrence) took a month to do anything about it. Management in this place is very poor, I have taken customer complaints to Lawrence and he has done nothing about them. Staff are also treated very poorly and not given breaks even on long shifts. I have received tips and praise from customers and never from Lawrence, instead the way he speaks to me and other staff is appalling, despite us being on minimum wage, always coming in last minute to cover shifts, and being forced to stay hours past our original finish time. Multiple staff members have been sacked out of the blue within the past few weeks and not been told why. Overall I would avoid this place as a customer, and especially avoid becoming a staff member here unless you like being treated with no respect. This place is in desperate need of a new manager.
