    Please beware of this property management company. They started managing 3 of my properties for me in Liverpool as serviced accommodation since May 2021, took months to list my properties, one were empty for 6 months, another empty for 4 months. Listings were very bad using poor quality photos and incorrect pricing so there was little or no bookings. They are hard to get hold off, ignoring calls and emails, havent paid me for direct bookings on one of the properties, messed up payment methods on another and end up not collected payment from guests for some bookings, and hence not paid me for that months bookings. They also refused to refund for things they claim to have bought but items were either not there at the properties or were returned due to poor quality, bills and council tax they claim to have paid but actually havent when I rang the council and utility companies to check but they have deducted it from payment statements. They also owe me for maintainence work paid but not done. Im still chasing them for all the owed monies above and will be proceeding through courts to claim them back. I know other landlords have taken their property back from this company in the past 6 months since the quality of their service dropped.
