WORST letting agency in liverpool, if you a student never go with property link, they are unprofessional and incompetent, need to practically beg them to have basic stuff sorted, we had mould for 6 months and they didnt respond to any of our emails and overall didnt seem to care, they also tried to charge us just under 1000 for going over our bill which they will not give proof of how they came up with this estimate and also when the meter for gas and electric does not work so we cant even find out ourselves. If I can say anything I hope they go out of business before any other student sign with them and get ripped off.

Unprofessional and incompetent landlords. They just completely ignored all our emails until we had to call the office, even at that they were useless. After months of constant begging they just about fixed not even half the problems we told them about. Robbing students completely trying to tell us we've gone over the cap on bills by nearly 1000 and won't provide proof, our meter reader doesn't even work which they do on purpose so students don't know how much they really are spending. Really rude to talk to on the phone. Honestly the worst landlord any student could ever choose. STUDENTS PLEASE DONT CHOOSE PROPERTY LINK

Awful letting agents who take advantage of students. Very reluctant to resolve any property issues, including giving details on bills. Given the current rates of electricity and gas it's disgusting that this letting agent refuse to get in contact with details on bills 7 months into a tenancy.
