It's the best property in Liverpool with great customer service and response.

Left without any pdfs for cooker , washing machine , dishwasher , heating and alarm . Promised these plus a maintenance guy to explain all on day of moving in , never appeared so left all weekend with no heat or hot water or able to use cooker !!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Avoid this letting agent at all costs, have been waiting for repairs for over 6 months and had to involve LCC and solicitors to even get a response. Absolutely disgusting service.
