The property I rented was precisely as it was listed, throughout the tenancy any issues in regards to maintenance etc were carried out swiftly and thoroughly. I would like to point out how great the staff at Rooms4U are, in particular Tara and Aaliyah. Both of whom were extremely helpful in providing support and guidance on a range of matters for the duration of my tenancy.

Accommodations are good but maintenance services can take long time.

When we moved in the house hadnt been cleaned and took numerous correspondence to resolve the issue in addition to having to contact the landlord of the property directly to replace a broken bed. The office doesnt respond to maintenance entered into the portal until you email numerous times and through numerous people.

Great service - we have been looking for our first house for 2nd year since before Christmas, we went and viewed a number of houses with other agents and most seemed either uninterested in showing us round or the houses were in poor condition. However we finally a company that understands students - we were shown 4 properties in Kensington fields by a guy from their team who was very informative. The sign up process was really quick and straight forward - all done online. If your a student looking for a property in Liverpool - these are the guys to go too!!
