They robbed me my 800 deposit blaming for a broken window even though I reported several times the windows shaking due to Merseyrail working on a tunnel underneath my apartment, a year and a half later and they havent fix the window yet they kept my money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Theyre a bunch of thieves

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT !!! I am an NHS worker who for-filled all my tenancy obligations but due to poor management I decided to move out. I still haven't received my security deposit back and they are now blanking me, no communication replies whatsoever and when I try and phone the office, no answer.. I now have to resort to going the legal route, wasting time & money... THEY ARE THAT BAD, that they now have resorted to using another property management firm called (LODGE STONE ESTATES) do all their lettings for them, I know because I feel victim to this, thought I was getting a property off Lodge Stones Estates only to find out the tenancy was with Liver Property. Check Lodge Stones Estates website and you'll see. I have also rented from Lodge Stone Estates and they are nothing like these cowboys, great people and great service, hence why Liver Property are using them. This is in no way to discredit Lodge Stone Estates. they are A+. I will also be putting a review on Lodge Stones Estates reviews to warn people people if they're renting a Liver Property through Lodge Stone Estates. Folks, save yourselves time, money & headache and do not rent from Liver Property Management. You will regret it, trust me
