    Prepare yourself for the possibility of not getting your deposit back, and don't bother trying to clean the room nicely when you leave, at least for me, it doesn't worth me to work hard for it. They charged me a 400 fee for cleaning and full repainting. Although I had read all the previous comments about deposit issues when I moved in, and I made sure to take lots of photos on the first day, I'm still shocked when this happen to me. On the day I moved out, I spent the entire night cleaning the room, including the windows, stove, oven, cooker hood, drawers, cupboard, sink (kitchen, bathroom, and shower tray), floor, and all the furniture surfaces. I would even say it was cleaner than when I first moved in! When I moved in, the handle of the balcony was taped from the outside and took 2 months to fix. However, it still cannot lock from the inside. The freezer door was hanging in the fridge, and they considered it acceptable to use, even though it could potentially increase electricity consumption as the broken door prevented the temperature from reaching the freezer's desired level. The shower tray was broken, and although they fixed it, some corners were left damaged. All the walls had scratches from the first day I moved in, and they are now trying to charge me for repainting. The most important advice I have is to PLEASE TAKE VERY DETAILED PHOTOS OF ALL THE WALLS (AND ANY DETAILS IN THE ROOM EVEN IF IT IS VERY VERY MICRO THINGS)WHEN YOU MOVE IN AND OUT! Moreover, the contract system is a mess. I extended my rent twice, initially for 3 months, and then for another 3 months. However, when I extended my rent from January to April, they provided me with a contract for 6 months, which meant it would end in July. Although it was eventually corrected after I requested an updated contract, I found another tenant's contract in my account instead of my own. As I couldn't access my contract, I emailed them in February to confirm if I had signed the correct 3-month contract and express my intention to extend my rent. The agent informed me that my rent would end in July. However, in March, when I requested a rent due date change due to the persistent incorrect contract, it still wasn't resolved. They informed me that my contract would actually end in April.
