We've been with this agency for over 3 years now and had nothing else but positive experience! Whenever we needed anything fixing they reacted quick, email responses are rapid, staff is always polite. Highly recommended if you want someone to be there for you!

Definitely the most professional, polite and caring letting agency I have ever encountered! High in value and always taking you seriously. You dont have to say twice for things to be done. It was a simple, quick and easy process for applying to rent a house. I would definitely recommend to 10 out of 10 friends and would love to have business with Move Residential in the future.

It took me 10 months to get my deposit back. I was misinformed multiple times, rudely spoken to and hung up on. Unsurprisingly, an apology was never forthcoming and my requests to speak with a manager were ignored. So in conclusion , until they have grown up a bit or received additional training, do try to avoid. Edit: To claim my deposit back, I was repeatedly referred to these clowns; in conclusion, someone was lying (or just being lazy), and I don't believe it was the landlord, because I had successful contact with him before and after vacating the property. I was far from rude with them. The first girl I spoke to however behaved like a cultist, reacting quite negatively to being told I thought her company could conduct itself better. I was at no point sweary, sarcastic or loud. 'It is disappointing that your landlord sadly had to make a claim against your deposit due to the condition you left the property in; we can only assume that this may have impacted the length of time your deposit took to resolve.' A couple of hundred pounds was deducted; I was advised by a legal professional not to throw out the other previous tenant's belongings, although regrettably there were some minor repairs that could not be dealt with in time. 'We would always recommend a tenant leaving a property in the same condition it was provided to them in (subject to reasonable wear and tear) to ensure a smooth check out and positive deposit return experience.' This is practically satire. Ten. Months. They were quick enough to move a new tenant in, though, 'ey?
