properties. He will then wait until your business is established and as then as soon as he can will conduct a rent review. Knowing you would like to stay in occupation and sometimes could not afford to move and lose your now established business. As most people are unaware of a rent review process, he
will make you agree to this inflated price knowing either you cannot afford to go through the official channels of getting your own chartered surveyor. He
will even offer you to go to court to have the rent determined by a judge knowing this will also scare you. He will also have the property surveyed
himself to which if he does not like his own surveyors report, he will not let you see it and make his surveyor send you a letter saying your property is worth even more than he did in his official report. He will then use your inflated rent as part of rent reviews on other tenants using you price as a comparable to say thats what property in the area is worth.

Sent a letter to their local office with my notice (which they conveniently deny) and have tried to arrange a meeting with them numerous times since June to resolve the issues...never get a reply and constantly get ignored.
AVOID Centaur at all costs, the amount of business all these issues have cost me outweighs the rent and they are still unwilling to sort anything out
