If you are a parent of a student going to university in liverpool do not under any circumstances use this company they are an absolute disgrace and shouldnt be allowed to be a landlord my son went over in September to do his PGCE and is renting one of their properties from he moved in they have been tortured with mice and in my sons room he was also tortured with slugs they wont answer any phone calls or emails and the problem is not resolved his first week he had to book into a hotel because he couldnt sleep,this isnt on my son is trying to further his education and this is not helping what so ever so avoid this company at all costs

Great service, always available when you need them, maintinance issues adressed quickly and efficiently.

Worst company you could possibly go for. Along with breaking the law and their contract by sending contracters in with no notice, we also went without an oven for a month, heating the whole winter, and a hot shower. Complete lack of response from the agency majority of the time, even when mould began growing on kitchen ceiling Do not go with topproperty

Seeing the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about living here and although there has been some maintenance issues and it was quite dirty when we moved in, they sorted everything out ASAP and all the staff are friendly. My house wasnt huge but it was well furnished. Alright for students on a budget who are looking for a standard place to live :)
