Brilliant off market deals in Liverpool and surrounding areas. Completed on my first HMO through Tower Property Group in November 2021. Found to the team to be great to work with, they were happy to arrange Sunday viewings even on a fully tenanted property which I understand can be an issue at times. The team were happy to take phone calls & WhatsApp message at 7-8pm in the evening to fit around my working hours which was much appreciated. Dealt with Omar, Thomas & Colette. Had another deal fall out and had a full refund of sourcing fee within 10 working days. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody looking for off market investments in Liverpool, great knowledge of the city and a great team overall. Ian.

They can bring really good deal but they are very poor in communication and in my case my offer has been accepted by vendor ( according to the TPG) and after a week without any communication, TPG informed, that property has sold now!! TPG asked sourcing fee an advance and my lender declined to lend if i pay any sourcing fee an advance , so i asked help from TPG to find me a broker, they said its not a problem and they will help... and after that no communication at all.....i found this company very strange and loose the confidence to move forward...

Absolute shocking service!! Withholding my 5,000 sourcing fee with no intention of paying it back. They give every excuse to why they can't return your money. Seriously reconsider if your about to make a deal with them. Once you pay the sourcing fee they will hardly contact you.

Weve known Thomas for a while now. He was our first point of contact. He and his team have made the process very smooth for us. Everyone is on one page with whats going on. Thomas is very capable and have a strong work ethic, wed say the same for his team. We will be coming back to them for future opportunities and would highly recommend anyone to do so too! A massive thank you to Tom and Ryan at Tower Property for getting my first Liverpool deal over the line. Very good properties and good deals available with these guys, transparent and returned sourcing fees once a deal fell through and finally great personalities within the team!
