Tried phoning up and after a wait was instructed by answer machine to leave a message, just for no response even after 2 weeks.

If there is something below 0 that is what I would have given this letting agency. Their proper manager Joel is the worse I have ever seen. There is a mentally challenged man in in one of their property in 121 Green lane because of that they have given it out at a very cheap price. The man attacked me B-road day light on the road and threatening to kill me and my children. Which Theo same property manager witness one of the man episode and he personally called the police for his arrest yet This so called property manager Joel said we shouldnt moved out all because of his commission and have been threatening us with CCJ when the case is in court cos the man have damaged my car. He is inhuman Do not rent from him especially that property in 121 green lane. Liverpool L13 7BB

Very horrible estate agent. Few days after completing their application form I have had to chase them via their telephone contact, email and WhatsApp without any response due to being left in the dark. For this reason I had to drive past their office to see if that can speed things up. I met someone by the name Joel who by the way is so horrible as a customer service provider. He is a young lad who seem full of himself. He had no explanation as to why they do not respond to customers enquiries or delays in progressing their application other than to say "the landlord lives in Hong-Kong ".They breached data protection Confidentiality. Joel provided false information about my income and later back tracked. He claimed he was going to reference the adults I said would be residing at the property with me but never did. He quickly progressed to sending out a mail that they will keep the "Holding deposit " which appear to be the target because I provided a misleading information. I asked him where on the completed application form was the misleading information, he just said it was during our conversation, how callous and cheeky way to not progress application on the 14th day of the start of the whole process to attempt to feast on your deposit. The company looks for avenue to feed off your deposit and their customer service is horrendous. I will not even advise my worst enemy to engage Greenco.
