        Very disappointing - yes they delivered a framed picture but I was hoping for a special keepsake of my daughter's year of birth with interesting and unique facts - instead a list of boring facts - some not even year specific e.g. "Queen Elizabeth II 1952" and "Tony Blair PM" - company weren't interested in feedback just a "tough no refund" - a total waste of GBP44.75
