        Used today for the first time be the last aswell, the staff are ignorant especially the women. The woman serving me was bad the thing serving another customer was even worse, you should of heard the way she was speaking to a foreign man like he was dirt, he was asking for help wanted to say something but knew if i started id probably not stopped . She gos on holidays speaks fluent in all languages ye able to order ask for things in the countries language think not, horrible lil

        Got served there today by two different women. Late 40s possibly older. Red hair both. Both extremely rude. If I wasn't in there for something important (documents to be mailed off) I would've given the patronising a holes a piece of my mind.

        Brought in our 67 Support Scheme voucher from Birish Gas to top up our meter. Was told by clerk told there would be a 10 administration fee to use a Support Scheme Voucher!!! Looks like a scam! Went to Post Office on Boaler Street. No administration fee, received our full amount towards our energy bills.
