Booker Avenue Post Office

Staff are always friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately some customers are extremely rude as I witnessed today. A pensioner in the queue in front of me was too impatient thought the lady behind the post office was having a little natter even though it was clear she was serving the customer. The customer was new to the area and asked for directions which she was given along with said pensioner shoving her parcel in front of her as she was in a hurry! So rude

Woman with the blonde hair behind forst counter extremely unhelpful doesn't process any returns. Ques always take ages staff prefer to gab to customers and each other rather than be efficient. Don't make the mistake of coming here in a hurry.

HSBC have an arrangement with the post office , it saved me a trip into the City centre. I asked to change $500 us dollars to be paid into my HSBC account the dollars had been collected over a period of less than 12 months kept in a safe. I was informed by a rather rude member of staff Anna that they are "old" and could not take them . USD have a minimum life span of 5yrs, the claim was nonsense. Id waited 20 mins in line to get no service. I took them 5 minutes away to Springwood post office Greenhill Rd transaction completed with no problem. My advice to locals dont use Booker Ave post office.
