Mosscroft Post Office

Very bad service, and there is a woman working there who deals with racism in us. I want to send a package that does not exceed a small size of 45 x 35 x 16 cm less than 2 kg, she wants me to pay the price of a large package This happens a lot when I go or my wife Not happy to go there again

Very helpful people but I would make a little suggestion to make our lives as customers easier. Letters and envelopes should be sold in the post office instead of the shop it will save time for both shop staff and customers. Thank you

We done a job for the people who own this, Manjit. The estimator sent a price that didnt include fitting. When she rang we explained the price was without labour. We then gave them the cost with labour which they was happy to proceed with. On the day of installation when all the work was complete they started to argue about the price saying the text stated a different amount which we told her about the call with herself that was recorded that she knew the price was without fitting and the new price included fitting. Basically they thought they could get it fitted for nothing which was the fitters cost of 400. I felt let by someone who deals with money and has their own business but ultimately didnt care. Very un-trust worthy

Older indian lady working there .seems very unhelpfull. Bit of an attitude too.
