Crosby Village Post Office

Rude and unhelpful and opening at 9 is too late I work 9-5 so how am I supposed to collect my parcel???? Old fella is a proper little n*b head.

The person who served me was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Was deliberately unhelpful and actually had a smile on their face when they realised i was upset and distressed at their deliberate unwillingness to hand over my parcel dispite the fact i had ID. Maybe they were just having a bad day? I don't know. But makes me reluctant to use this post office again

Despite info on this site listing opening hours as 9-4 I was turned away abruptly at 12.35.today.Not normally one to complain about this kind of thing but this branch tops the charts for rude,sullen and discourteous staff.There is just one lovely person(with beautiful hair and nails who stands out as a beacon of pleasantness)Unfortunately most of the people working here clearly hate their jobs,hate their colleagues and most detrimentally,hate their customers.By comparison with all the other branches in the area this lot need complete retraining in customer care.My family dreads every trip here.In fact we draw straws to see who has to face the scorn of these surly Post Office employees when we can't avoid the need to use this branch.As an NHS frontline worker,I personally know the demands of working with rude or unappreciative members of the public;nevertheless we try very hard to treat everybody with warmth because it makes the world a nicer place.Crosby village staff would do well to consider this.

No starts, OMG the man behind the counter he is so rude. He is the senior staff. Talking very badly I been today for deposit some money. I said i need to deposit -------. He said oh big money. and my money was little bit bend. He said several times "i dont no why people band money. And after he finish count he said "oh thank god its all finished. How rude are you. Very bad. I'm so sad and upset Dont know why people act like this. All human You and me defferent on the skin colour and age.please respect to the people better than this. Really disappointed Not recommended to any one.

One of the staff behind the post office counter at this place is a grade a weapon. Rude, curt, unhelpful and I will actually be travelling to Waterloo P.O. in future, regardless if the inconvenience, as I know they are professional, pleasant people. I've heard others have had similar experiences at Moor Ln P.O. and as this was my first visit, I'll assume it's a regular pattern. I'll also add that this biff was fortunate I didn't make my view known in store. I'm not shy and I don't normally leave much unsaid in cases of unwarranted and habitual rudeness. Change your manner. Your in a customer serving and facing role.
