        Booked for a survey on 2 occasions and specifically took time off work for it. They cancelled day before on one occasion. On the other occasion were supposed to come between 9-10am. I called at 10:30am to be told it wouldnt be until afternoon. If they can't even come out to quote for a job I have serious concerns.

        Fantastic service from Brent, clean, reliable and explained everything in the utmost detail in every step of the installation, when changing/converting my conventional Baxi heating boiler to a Worcester Combi boiler. I would 100+% recommend Brent for all your plumbing needs, his experience and knowledge is superb. I lost count on how many time he asked me during the install if I was happy with his work, obviously I was extremely happy
