Genuinely confused with this company. They installed my megaflow system before I moved into my new home, but on the three occasions I've had to use them it's been very disappointing. They don't respond to email or website enquiries which means you have to ring an expensive number, and when my megaflow system sprung a leak, they weren't interested in providing any support at all.

H2O NW Ltd have been contracted to complete the plumbing on the Wainhomes estate in Barton. The quality of their work is shocking. Multiple homes have had showers installed incorrectly, showers and taps that leak, sinks that have not been attached, appliances that are inadequately and poorly sealed. We know we need to address these through the builder, which we have but these issues should not be taking place in the first place. They seem to think it's ok to provide a shoddy service because they can apparently hide behind a builder but this is unacceptable. We have paid hard earned cash for our homes and shouldn't have to waste time trying to rectify faults that shouldn't be there in the first place. It's time they took responsibility for their incompetence.
