        Bought a voucher for a boiler service. Booked a month in advance of visit. Received a voicemail the day before, just as the office was closing saying the service will not be be completed. Called them next day and was told 3 different reasons why it would not be complete. Excuse went from other emergency work was required to plumber phoned in sick to not upholding vouchers. Thanks for wasting my time
