Awful experience took my son to get him out the house after me having a baby was charged for 1 week old then refunded for her but couldnt take her in even though she wasnt even touching a toy or even awake so I had to sit in cafe bit an his dad played with him felt like wasnt a family day an we was separated , outdoor part was closed what was main reason why I come so my 1 year old could play outside definitely definitely dont recommend

I have a 3 and 4 year old and been to many soft play centres but visiting here is the only time I've ever had a negative experience. The staff were so rude to my friend over a really trivial matter. They spoke to her appallingly and left her feeling really embarrassed - all in front of her children, it was horrible to watch. Honestly not worth the price / travel or parking expense to be treated so unpleasantly. I won't be returning and will be recommending people avoid. *edited for context following the response from the centre. My child didn't actually eat any food from outside the caf. The person I was with did let her kids have a packet of crisps from her bag. Fair enough, this was highlighted as its against policy (which is why I didn't give my child any) but you were far from polite and that was what I took issue with. You went out of your way to embarrass my friend and make a scene over a packet of crisps. It was frankly pathetic and so uncomfortable to watch your interaction with this lady over some crisps which would have been about 1 each. Everyone I shared this with agrees that they would have thought this was a significant over reaction, particularly when you're dealing with preschool kids who don't understand your overheads and just wanted to finish their quavers! Personally, I think if you continue to alienate customers with such a horrible attitude then that won't benefit your small business overheads either but I won't be returning anyway so you crack on raking it in with your crisp sales!

Such a wonderful play centre! Me and my little boy (19 months) had a lovely time. The staff were so friendly, the food was delicious and reasonable priced and the play centre itself was spotless. There is a variety of different areas to play in and its perfect for children under 5. Would definitely recommend!

Can't reccomend this place highly enough. We've been to a large soft play centre previously and found the babies area a bit boisterous. This is an under 5s only centre, really relaxed and loads to do. Our 13month old can't get enough of it. Staff are really friendly. Amazing place, 11/10

This is a great little place, right on the bus route for the 10A. They have a sensory room with mirrors & fish lamps and lots more, the sensory room is beautifully done. The first time I visited I was put off by how busy it was, I went during school summer holidays with my baby & it was chocker. I felt really overwhelmed. Thankfully due to the great reviews & recommendations I gave it another go ( not in school holidays this time!)and I'm really glad I did. The staff are lovely! The reviews complaining about being told off for taking their own food. I can't imagine any of the staff being rude, and they make it SO clear that you can't take your own food, you're literally told when you pay, so there's no excuse to then whip out bags of crisps. With the price of entry so cheap, I do not mind at all paying for food. I haven't been to any soft plays that allow you to bring your own food, but there will always be one or two people with a sense of entitlement bringing their own food and fuming when they get called out on it .I think you're allowed baby food as I didn't see much on the menu that was specifically for babies, it'd be great if they sold pureed food for babies or the pouches. The toilets and baby change area the two times I've used it were SPOTLESS. Well done guys, you're doing a great job.
