The job itself isnt hard however management leave a lot to be desired. Best part of the job was working with my colleagues in customer service. Systems are old and well past it. You wont be trained on them either youll be expected to just pick it up. Youre made to lie to customers time and time again giving incorrect dates, stock amounts and delivery dates. Which all comes back to you. No management support at all. The current managers that are there must have trained in a zoo as they cant manage themselves never mind a team. Often looking blank and unaware of whats happening. Managers lie to customers too, which then comes back on non management staff. Stating too customers that staff have left abruptly , when managers told staff not to tell customer they were leaving. They also like to make you feel very small , putting people on performance plans because theyre inability to manage. Managers like to track everything but cant use the systems and expect you to do everything. They will then proceed to completely back stab you. Very much a blame culture and what youre required to put up with is NOT worth the wage. They also let staff be verbally abused by customer and proceed to do NOTHING about it. HR is very untrustworthy BEWARE ! Honestly one of the worst places you could ever work so dont waste your time apply somewhere else and if your looking for a supplier then DOOR CO is much better

The company who fitted our new windows and doors used this company to supply some glazed units with integrated blinds. One of the units failed only 6 months after it was installed. We've been waiting since October 2020 for the replacement. They've stopped responding to my suppliers emails now. Dreadful company.
