Pizza Rome

"I recently placed an online order with Pizza Rome via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for all of the items in my order, several items were missing when it arrived. I contacted the restaurant immediately to let them know about the missing items, but I was met with an unhelpful and unsympathetic response. They refused to refund the missing items, and offered no solutions or compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, I would not recommend Pizza Rome for online orders or any other type of service. Their lack of customer service is simply unacceptable."

I ordered a chicken burger with chips and they was a spider in my burger and then I moved the chips around and they was another spider

Food was awful. Just make toast at home it would be better. Burger buns are stale and hard around the edge. Garlic breads are on such a thin base its like eating crispy paper and they were burnt! Taste like nothing. Offered a buy one get one free on garlic breads but only one turned up. They then decided to close easily and never returned message. TRY ANYWHERE ELSE!

Ordered a pizza, spaghetti and a milkshake. When it finally arrived, the milkshake had spilt everywhere, and the driver said someone would come with a replacement. They didn't come back. The pizza was covered in milkshake, which I didn't realise until after the driver had left. Inedible. The sauce from the spaghetti had leaked everywhere. Though I doubt that would have made a difference since it was dry and tasted of absolutely nothing. First and last time I'll be getting anything from here. 20 down the drain. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Worst tasteless carbonara it was just pasta and pizza soft ham and no flavour or sauce The wrap was soaked and soggy and fell apart so didnt eat that either The cheese on the garlic bread had a funny taste too. Asked the man on the phone is it was a made milkshake or a Yazoo he said he made then then a yazoo was sent didnt eat any of it absolute ware of money. Wouldnt order from here
