        had to wait over an hour. food was cold and it said it was a 1 delivery fee but had to pay 12 for it.

        I made an order, paid 30, 20 for food and 10 for delivery, I got a text saying the food was on its way an hour ago, it still hasn't arrived. Don't order from them. I used them for years at uni but since then they've gone of a cliff. The food isn't the same anymore and they are not reliable. I'm going to have to go through the fun process tomorrow asking Just Eat for a refund which I'll be lucky to get. I just feel stupid for continuing to trust this brand despite its diminishing reputation and care.
