This Pizza Hut is genuinely amazing, I'm gonna get fat because of how good the pizza is haha. Me and my boyfriend just went and we always go when he visits me, its always banging. Fresh, hot, garlic dust, amazing prices, not stingy with the toppings. Actually bloody amazing 10/10. My only complaint is that I can't get this every day of the week ahahah

Monika at Smithdown road Pizza Hut is a credit to your company. That lady needs a raise!! Initially I called up after an online order and she happily arranged my request to add jalapeos to my pizza and have delivery rather than collection (which I selected in error). When the pizza arrived one of the pizzas was half and half margarita/pepperoni. I called her back and said Id ordered Hawaiian not margarita. She politely asked me to check my order, which I did, and in fact she was right. I ordered the wrong pizza. I went back to the phone and admitted it was my fault, yet she insisted they send out another pizza with the order I originally wanted. Even though I messed up!! She was just happy to be spoken to with dignity and respect, which was humbling for me. I was shocked at how great she was and literally would make me choose and recommend this Pizza Hut all the time now. Thank you Monika!
