A lovely studio, Jen has the best knowledge and is so kind and welcoming. Not at all intimidating! Her other instructors are also wonderful. Cant recommend enough!

Jen was recommended to me after I suffered a slip disc in L5/S1, she more or less got to be back to full fitness and back to work, I am able to go about daily life pain free and have a better understanding of movement etc. Anyone with back pain/issues she's honestly worth her weight in gold. Would recommend her to anyone. Worth mentioning that the studio is clean and tidy and the other staff are just as welcoming.
