    Wow, Ive just done my first ever Pilates class, and it surpassed any expectation. I was made to feel so welcome, learnt so much, all the exercises were talked through so clearly, and it was great fun! I wanted to go to a Pilates class to help me with my running, and I certainly think from what I learnt tonight, my running technique and core strength will definitely improve. Already looking forward to next weeks class

    Fantastic experience with Peak Level! As a newcomer to Pilates I found Liz pitched the session perfectly, laying the foundation to improving my core strength and posture immediately. She was knowledgable and gave great tips for remembering techniques so that I could go away and practice in between sessions. Liz put us all at ease straight away and I felt comfortable throughout. I cant wait for the next session and couldnt recommend Peak Level enough!

    I joined a Pilates weekly group run by Liz in December after having ten years of hip and pelvic problems following childbirth. Liz was great, she could relate to the issues I was having and guided me each week to find the right level for me. Each week I have seen the progress I have made and I recently reported back to Liz that I am pain free at last. I cant recommend her classes enough and I have learned techniques that I can do at home in between classes. The key for me was to build up my core and lower back. Thank you Liz.
