City Rehab Ltd - Physiotherapy Clinic In Liverpool

I found City Rehab following an Achilles Speed Bridge operation in Sept 2022. I am a 62 year old non sporty woman & I was really worried about my future mobility. I arrived at City Rehab limping & in real pain. Zen has been amazing, his treatment plan along with patience & moral support has been invaluable. I was discharged today 24/4/23 pain & limp free with a plan of action for the next 8 months. I believe that the excellent physio treatment that I received from Zen is equally as important as the skills of the surgeon who performed my operation. I would highly recommend City Rehab to anyone.

Cant recommend Zen enough. Spent about 3 months with him from September last year with some knee injuries that have been bothering me for about a year or two. Followed all of his rehab and exercises and even doing them to this day. Ran a half marathon yesterday and smashed every PB, no pain, injury free!

Very polite and responsive customer service in terms of appointments and making contact. Very poor on diagnosis and felt rushed due to being an insurance patient. Finally got the prognosis and solution from a NHS physio. Sometimes private is not always the best which was clearly the case in this instant.

I worked with Josh for issues around my hips and back. In a number of weeks he had me pain free, and working on strengthening the muscles that had become imbalanced. Unfortunately had to cut our time short as I was moving away from Liverpool but would have been continuing on otherwise. Great experience and would highly recommend.
